Over the course of four weeks, 45 cats were monitored for positive changes in their weight, hydration assessment and water consumption. Cats were given three tubes of Churu Vet per day for the entire study along with their normal food and water offerings. Participants were asked to observe and document the following criteria for each cat in the study.
Throughout the study:
Weekly weight in pounds and ounces
Weekly changes in Dehydration Assessment Score
Noticeable physical changes
Frequency of fluid intake and amount of water consumed
We had a semi-feral cat come in who had a large injury over his ear. He didn't enjoy the company of people and was in rough shape when he arrived. We were able to earn his trust with Churu Vet. It made giving him fluids, cleaning up his wounds and handling him much easier and made it much more positive for everyone involved. These have also been a game changer for blood draws and making exams/vaccinations more positive for the cats (and people)!
