The Churu Vet Feline Fund was designed to help shelters and rescue facilities across the country with the cost of caring for animals in need. Five organizations were selected to receive $10,000 each.

How To Apply
ORDER CHURU VET
Each applicant will be reimbursed for the purchase of a jar of Churu Vet Nourish and a jar of Churu Vet Diet from a qualifying distributor. Canisters must be purchased between October 1, 2020 and November 30, 2020. Save a copy of your invoice!
USE CHURU VET
Once you receive your canisters of Churu Vet use them in your shelter or rescue facility. The required survey questions involve the use of Churu Vet. We encourage spending time using the product prior to completing the application.
SUBMIT APPLICATION
To apply for the Feline Fund, click the Apply Now button on this website and submit the requested information in the online entry form.
Eligibility:
Only 501(c)(3) not for profit animal sheltering agencies (public or private) and rescue groups are considered for this fund. Winners will be asked to provide a copy of their 501(c)(3) determination letter.
QUALIFYING DISTRIBUTORS:
Applicants must purchase a canister of Churu Vet Nourish and Churu Vet Diet from one of the below distributors.

Please be prepared to provide the main contact and shelter information, as well as a copy of your Churu Vet invoice from a qualifying distributor. Applicants will be reimbursed for their purchase of Churu Vet Nourish and Churu Vet Diet via Visa gift card.
CHURU VET SURVEY QUESTIONS
Survey questions will be about using Churu Vet in your shelter or rescue. Please allow yourself time to use Churu Vet in your practice before completing the application.
ESSAY QUESTION
The essay must detail how the participating animal shelter would use the $10,000, if awarded, to improve its animal shelter facilities and/or operations. The essay must be between 350 and 500 words and be original work.
